For some time now things will sometimes 'break' 
for a few hours, particularly when trying to post 
or update a file.

The current strategy is to post a test file before
trying to add or update a file, to check if things
are working.

Getting an error such as 'Error: couldn't create page' 
means that you need to try again later, meanwhile, 
your current files would still be there.
