Change the water to 1 mL and that same dose becomes 5 units. The vial did not change. The dilution did. Two habits that have saved me: - Write the reconstitution volume on the vial cap in marker the moment you draw the water in. Future you will not remember it. - Recompute after every titration step instead of scaling the unit count in your head.
