| A Short Post About Reading |
+--------------------------------------------------------------------+

This was originally going to be a short post on my twtxt, but for
whatever reason twtxt isn't cooperating today, so instead I made it a
slightly longer post here on my nexlog.

About once a year I take up reading for pleasure again, instead of
reading because You're Supposed To, and I always marvel at how I had
forgotten how much I love reading. I then proceed to not read for
pleasure, lmao. I think if I should commit to anything with regard to
reading, it shouldn't be reading a specific number of books in a
year, it should be reading for the joy of reading more often. I've
really been enjoying Cory Doctorow's Attack Surface, and once I'm
done with that I think I ought to finally finish the Temeraire
series. I have several outrageously overdue library books and I'm
going to finish them by the end of the month REAL

That's all I got. See you when I emerge from the ether in a year to
post randomly across one of my six websites[0].

[0]I'm still not sure if anyone's come up with an umbrella term that
refers to websites, gemini capsules, gopherholes, nex stations, and
spartan... whatever they're called on spartan, so I've just been
using the word "website" as a stand-in.
