xkcd downloader:
	python script that downloads a random 
	xkcd comic and makes that the wallpaper
	 designed for hyprland.
	(you're better off writing this from 
	scratch. its pretty system specific and 
	you have to manually change the most 
	recent comic instead of it figuring it 
	out. i just wanted to put something 
	here :)
