NEXLOG SPECIFICATION

Nexlog is to nex what gemlog is to Gemini and phlog is to 
Gopher.

- use a folder called nexlog/
- each file in the folder should be called 
<date>-<title>.txt

where date is expressed in iso8601 using the basic format.

Here is an example:

=> 20230618-hello-world.txt

And that's really it!
